Ireland has some amazing waves. It also has some really excellent surfers and bodyboarders. The purpose of this blog is to celebrate the waves we have but also to offer some images for the surfers who I may catch in my lens. Though I don't get out as often as I would like (who does?) and am unable to regularly travel the length and breadth of this little wave magnet here in the atlantic; I guess this blog could also be seen as the surflog of keen but average surfer. If, like me, you simply enjoy a good wave as well as an image or two to remember the session, then you understand the reason for this blog. And if you don't, I hope you enjoy some of the images anyway.
