After a bit of a lull the charts hinted at some reasonable swell for the weekend and with the southerly winds there was a few options for good surf. Bundoran was looking ok but a little bumpy with cross shore conditions. Elsewhere, up and down the coast, the other options delivered some really great sessions. Mine was one that was as changeable as the weather. Starting off with brilliant sunshine and ending with non-stop rain (and mist) the surf was punchy, no one else out and a good four foot at low tide that increased as the tide moved in - but so did the crowd. No worries though as most were pretty easy going and everybody got the waves they wanted.
